Inclusion at Calvin Klein

Advancing Equity Advancing Equity

Advancing

Equity

Calvin Klein is proud to support NGOs focused on LGBTQIA+ equity and safety at the global, national and local level. By partnering with and financially contributing to organizations like ILGA World and Transgender Law Center, we are supporting efforts to drive meaningful change towards LGBTQIA+ equity and safety around the world.

As part of our commitment to equity for all, we’re working with our partners CARE and Custom Collaborative to empower women and girls around the world in skill building, community development, and addressing climate change. In addition, by 2030, professional and life skills development programs will be made available to 500,000 women across the PVH supply chain. As we continue to support these programs, we move fashion forward.

Empowering Youth Empowering Youth

Empowering

Youth

Calvin Klein works with partners like Harlem’s Fashion Row and Fashion Minority Alliance to provide access to fashion for people of color and historically under-resourced communities. By working collaboratively on career workshops, engagement opportunities and exposure to the industry, we are making fashion more accessible for all.

In 2022, our parent company, PVH, committed to investing $10 million over four years to increase opportunities in the fashion industry for individuals from diverse communities. And in the first year of funding, we’ve reached over 4,300 participants across 8 countries through various empowerment projects.

Environmentally-Preferred Materials & Lower Impact Processes Environmentally-Preferred Materials & Lower Impact Processes

Environmentally-Preferred Materials & Lower Impact Processes

We're consciously selecting materials made from recycled or other environmentally-preferred fibers, moving us toward our goal of 100% sustainable cotton, viscose, and wool by 2025 and 100% sustainable polyester by 2030.

To improve our processes, we’re identifying and adopting lower impact techniques that use less water, energy or chemicals than industry standards.

Plastic-Free Packaging Plastic-Free Packaging

Plastic-Free

Packaging

We’re reimagining our packaging for a better, less wasteful customer experience. Our goal is to globally end single-use plastic in all our packaging and eliminate unnecessary waste by 2030.

And, by working with partners at Canopy, we are sourcing Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified paper hangtags and packaging to prevent deforestation, support fair wages, protect biodiversity, and ensure local communities’ rights

Discover our Sustainability Glossary for more information on the sustainable materials and processes we use.
